How will my payment show up?

Payments will show up neutrally on your statements. Our shop name, the product name, or type of product you ordered will not appear.

What will appear on the package when my order arrives?

For the shipping package, we use plain brown boxes or flyers, there are no sensitive images or words on it, nor our brand name or website, no one will know what’s inside.
The sender's field on the label does not show our shop name or logo, but only the name of the operating company, Om Production Co., Ltd.
