General Shipping Fee

For regular-sized products (under 1 kg), we charge a flat shipping fee of US$30 (or the equivalent in local currency) per shipment, regardless of the number of regular-sized products purchased. However, for large products, there will be a fixed shipping fee for each large product (as set out below).

We use world-class courier companies like DHL and FedEx to ship products.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver orders to PO boxes and military addresses.

Shipping Fee for Large/Heavy Products

For large products (typically 1 kg or more), we charge a fixed shipping fee per product based on its size and weight. The shipping fee per product will vary depending on the size and weight of the product and will be reflected on the checkout page.

You will receive a tracking number in the confirmation email sent at shipment.

We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all custom duties are included in the product price. There may be instances in which additional taxes need to be paid. Any such additional taxes will be calculated according to your specific address and itemized at checkout.

Please note that products containing lithium batteries may be packaged and shipped separately depending on the number of products purchased due to shipping restrictions and regulations.

Please note that we have no control over customs authorities in your country, which may from time to time delay the delivery of a package or, in rare situations, request additional information or fees (via SMS or e-mail). We will do our best to assist you with any customs issues. Just reach out to us! We recommend you respond in a timely manner to avoid the shipment being returned to us. In order to comply with Indian customs regulations, for all shipments into India, we will need the recipient to provide all required KYC (know-your-customer) documents (including Government-issued identification documents and address proof) to customs for clearance.

In particular, please make sure the recipient’s name and delivery address match with the recipient’s details in his/her personal ID during check-out.
